Expected to open in 2018, Twenty Five Kent will be the first major creative hub and office space of its kind in construction on the waterfront of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Based on the unique and vibrant community of the area, Madwell created a colorful identity. 

We teamed up with the illustrator Christopher DeLorenzo to produce a family of characters that represent the personalities found within the neighborhood, and to portray the history of the flourishing area.
